Science will continue to be the first arena for the strongest race between nations, civilizations, and cultures, and it manages the movement of rising and the acceleration of growth, prosperity, and placement on the first sites among nations. And from this standpoint, our wise government - may God support it under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince, may God preserve them and grant them a success has given the highest degrees of interest to science, and allocated highest financial and practical resources to it. Therefore springs of wisdom exploded in every city and clouds of achievement overflowed in every village and desert. As a result, the University of Bisha stood among the universities, raising its vertex, moving with confident steps that were guided by an insightful Saudi leadership. The delay of its establishment didn't hinder it from going forward towards the blessed vision, the vision of the national transformation.
The university, with the guidance of its president and vice presidents, performs an accurate and precise follow-up, to move this university forward towards achieving the desired vision and advance it to the summits of knowledge and science.
